These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Dentatech Hub Services .

By submitting a case, accessing the website, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Services

 Dentatech Hub provides digital implant planning support and surgical guide design files.

We:

• Design surgical guide STL files

• Provide collaborative implant planning support

• Deliver digital files only

We do not:

• Perform clinical treatment

• Manufacture physical surgical guides

• Provide medical diagnoses

• Assume responsibility for surgical outcomes

All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the prescribing clinician.

2. Professional Responsibility

The submitting clinician confirms that:

• They are a licensed dental professional in their jurisdiction

• They are qualified to place dental implants

• They have obtained proper patient consent

• They are responsible for verifying implant position, depth, angulation, and safety

Final implant placement responsibility lies entirely with the treating clinician.

3. Case Approval Requirement

No surgical guide file should be used without clinician review and approval.

By approving a case preview or receiving final files, the clinician confirms:

• Implant positions have been reviewed

• Safety zones have been evaluated

• The drilling protocol matches their surgical kit

Failure to review the case does not transfer liability to Dentatech Hub Services.

4. Limitation of Liability

 Dentatech Hub shall not be held liable for:

• Surgical complications

• Implant failure

• Prosthetic complications

• Biological or anatomical variations

• Errors in CBCT or scan data

• Incorrect implant system information provided by the clinician

Our liability is limited strictly to the design service for the specific case.

Under no circumstances shall  Dentatech Hub be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Accuracy of Submitted Data

We rely entirely on the accuracy of:

• DICOM files

• STL files

• Implant system information

• Sleeve and kit specifications

• Surgical protocol details

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided,  Dentatech Hub is not responsible for resulting design errors.

6. Manufacturing Disclaimer

 Dentatech Hub delivers digital STL files only.

We are not responsible for:

• 3D printing accuracy

• Resin selection

• Printer calibration

• Post-processing errors

• Sleeve insertion errors

Manufacturing quality is the sole responsibility of the printing provider or clinic.

7. Revisions

Minor revisions related to implant positioning adjustments may be included.

Major changes (new scans, new treatment plan, implant system changes) may require additional fees.

8. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are communicated prior to case delivery

• Files may be withheld until payment is completed

• All fees are non-refundable once final files are delivered

9. Intellectual Property

All digital designs remain the intellectual work product of  Dentatech Hub until full payment is received.

After payment:

• The clinician receives a license to use the file for the specific patient case

• Files may not be resold, redistributed, or commercially replicated

10. Confidentiality

All case data is treated as confidential.

It is the clinician’s responsibility to:

• Ensure proper patient consent

• Comply with local data protection regulations

11. International Use

 Dentatech Hub operates internationally.

The clinician is responsible for ensuring:

• Compliance with local medical device regulations

• Compliance with surgical guide manufacturing laws in their jurisdiction

12. Service Refusal

 Dentatech Hub reserves the right to decline:

• Clinically unsafe cases

• Incomplete submissions

• Cases beyond scope

• Inappropriate requests

13. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
